Electric Car Guide Complaints Policy

Our editorial team strives to ensure the information you read in Electric Car Guide is accurate and fact-checked prior to publication. We appreciate there may be times when you disagree with our editorial take or you wish to complain about the information published on our website.

Our complaints policy pledges that the team will acknowledge that we have received your complaint within 5 working days and we will do our best to find a resolution to the issue within 2 working weeks.

If the complaint is a simple article amendment then, as per our editorial guidelines, we aim to update this within 3 hours of acknowledging receipt of the complaint.

If your complaint is related to a 3rd party Electric Vehicle installation company, Electric Vehicle supplier, charge point manufacturer, or accessory retailer, you should in the first instance attempt to discuss the complaint directly with the provider.

Should you encounter issues in effectively raising this complaint with a 3rd party, we will always do our best to help. Just contact us and we will be in touch to discuss the next steps.

If you need to make a complaint you can raise this via our contact us page.
